What we keep

When you finish the questionnaire, we save: your email address, the product name and description you typed, the product type, the country you are based in, and whether you asked for the documents.

Why: to see which products people need help with and to improve this tool. We only email you if you ticked the box allowing it.

We do not save your postal address, your business name or your responsible person’s details. They are used once to fill in your documents and stay in your own browser.

Usage statistics are anonymous. We count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address.

Your choice: you can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to adam.knezek@gmail.com.
