Products we cover
Not covered: toys and children’s products, cosmetics, electronics and anything that touches food. Those need lab testing, and we’ll tell you so instead of selling you paperwork that won’t help.
Good to know
- Do I still need an EU Responsible Person?
- Yes, if you’re based outside the EU. It’s a person or company in the EU that authorities can contact. We don’t provide that service, but your documents are built so you can hand them straight to one.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. It’s a tool that turns what you tell us into the documents the regulation asks for. You confirm that what’s written is true for your product.
- What about packaging rules and VAT?
- Those are separate from product safety and aren’t covered here.
